Today is the first day in 3 weeks I have managed...
I thought it would be a lot nicer to be awake during daylight. To lift my mood.
It’s not. It’s grey and hard and bland. Today is also the day I realised that the idea that I’d feel better were I awake in the daylight was a lot more comforting than actually being so.
